Bryant University Northeast Entrepreneurship Conference is a premiere student run entrepreneurship conference where students of all majors, from schools beyond Bryant University, have the opportunity to engage and network with speakers and fellow students. The event will be held March 21, 2020. At the event, the conference encourages students to “be unique” in their entrepreneurial careers, with drive and grit from the entrepreneurial mindset. Attendees are pushed to challenge current ideas, launch existing concepts, learn from real world experience and gain insight on implementing innovation into the workplace.
Students of all majors who seek to understand how they can apply entrepreneurial spirit to make their major unique, can take advantage of gaining inspiration from keynote presenters, such as Steve Forbes or past Shark Tank Judges. Attendees are also encouraged to attend breakout sessions where they can gain one-on-one experience with business owners and individuals who implement the entrepreneurial spirit in their careers ranging from finance to biology every day.
Some topics covered in past conferences include: innovation in simple places; capitalizing on today's social media world; turning a creative pastime into a business; real-estate experience and pitfalls; mental health and women empowerment. 325 students attend this conference and more than five other schools join Bryant for this event.
Students can all agree that BUNEEC gives them critical tools to network outside of their classrooms and encounter “real life” experience. BUNEEC is an amazing experience for anyone who contains the entrepreneurial spirit. Come experience Bryant University and leave the conference understanding that entrepreneurship is everywhere.
