account via the below link and begin surveys. Each survey relates to a specific document and once the survey is complete, LawCloud will generate the document for download. You may also request a lawyer review your document for

Designed specifically for collegiate entrepreneurs, jobs.c-e-o.org features postings from recognizable companies seeking students or recent graduates to fill intrapreneurial roles while furthering the company mission. With both full-time
careers and internship opportunities, CEO members are able to search by field, industry, location, company, keyword and even create custom saved searches. Companies can also search for resumes directly through the site itself.
If your resume is loaded into the platform, jobs can search for you! Additionally, each member may upload a resume to be seen among employers, as well as, receive a free resume review from a live career professional.
Klaviyo is a data and e-mail marketing platform that can be used to accelerate the growth of your chapter and student entrepreneurship community. Klaviyo makes it easy to collect e-mails, create targeted campaigns and send monthly
newsletters to your chapter members. Over 20,000 innovative companies like Colourpop, Huckberry, and Steve Madden use Klaviyo. Individual CEO members can also apply this platform to further benefit their own venture. Create lists
of clients, customers, vendors, donors, and more. The system also tracks who is and who is not opening your messaging, among other advanced metrics to strategically operate your business.
StartEngine is the United State’s largest equity sharing crowdfunding website. They've helped over 275 start-up companies raise more than $100 million in funding. Now StartEngine is partnered with Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization

Conference Speaker Videos
Keynote presenters donate their incredibly valuable and limited time to motivate and inspire our audience of student entrepreneurs. They do so by telling their founding story, how the challenges and rewards of new venture creation
weren’t always easy but always worth it. At some of the CEO events, we record our keynote presenters and make their message available to all of our members to view at their convenience. Hear from distinguished entrepreneurs in

The Election Guide is to be used while planning your election process. It identifies and provides descriptions for the various roles that exist within a CEO executive team. Including a sample application, chapter constitution, and
bylaws, this tool helps to create a formal process of electing an executive team year after year, ensuring consistency and continuity for years to come. Putting pen to paper defining how your chapter aims to be operated is a key
step in ensuring success for all of your efforts. It is strongly recommended to utilize this tool in conjunction with the planning guide to direct your chapter leadership goals.

Chapter Leader Training
Trainual is an online & interactive handbook tool with everything you need to know about operating a successful CEO chapter. This content was previously found in the Chapter Handbook, which CEO HQ has since updated and converted
to the Trainual platform. While using Trainual, you’ll follow along through various subjects and topics, culminating in a brief quiz to show us what you learned! These content subjects can be worked through via text breakdowns
and/or video tutorials from a CEO HQ staff member. Once you’ve completed the Trainual curriculum, you’ll be set up for success within your CEO chapter.

Each state has a variety of resources available to entrepreneurs to help them build and develop new businesses. As a student entrepreneur, these resources can connect you to the right networks, make you aware of the various rules and
regulations of your industry, and more! CEO has put together a comprehensive list of the state-by-state resources, including contact information for each office available to state-wide entrepreneurs, including our members! Small
business development centers, launchpads, Economic development offices, manufacturing councils, entrepreneurship organizations, and more can be found within this valuable resource. Don’t waste valuable time searching the internet,

Annual Membership Meeting
Each fall, CEO HQ sits down for a live webinar and discussion on all thing’s CEO. As an executive team member, it is critical that you are fully up to date with CEO HQ and the offerings available through your institutional membership.
This conversation takes place just ahead of the fall semester kickoff. During each call CEO HQ runs through new and existing resources, upcoming events, best practices, recruitment, and more. Throughout the conversation, there
is a live Q&A through CEO’s twitter page offering direct access to your Executive Director and Membership Coordinator. No question left unanswered!
